With Customized Employment, a Specialist works with the individual to discover skills and interests. Working with employers, they create an employment profile that is subsequently used to match the individual’s skillset with the employers’ needs. Once an individual is matched with an employer, job coaching is available as well as ongoing job sustainment services.
